baggy eyes
phew... wat a horrifying week. today marks the fourth night in a row im sleeping after 3am! gah! last night slept at 5.30 am with a 9am lab, and by the time my body hit the bed i was practically asleep!
reason: been coding on MATLAB since tuesday night, and (tadaa~) my project's done! squeezed into 3 days. topic: code division multiple access simulation (an ultra simple version of it anyway), which i decided to make using as simple a code as possible. i.e. zero integration, differentiation, fourier transform and all such things that would be a total nightmare to code into C. well not really, but if u can get it done simply, dont do it the hard way! :P
anyway as i type this my backbone is protesting vigorously to my brain, since it has been subjected to hours upon hours of code writing, and as such it seems my waist has given up on its usual duties and im hit by a wracking pain if it twists too much. which was bad. but replacing my lost sleep in the afternoons seems to have fixed that niggling problem...
6 more weeks to finals, and still no news for next sem's industrial training location. sigh. let's hope those applications get approved soon, else i'll be without a job. mechanical seems to have all secured positions, but ee remain in the dark...
erk. wading back into sleep now, so will post smth sm other time. oh, and amidst all this, thank goodness for carol and dota! (notice i mentioned her first, in order to prevent my ears from being twisted into a bloody pulp. haha. not really.)
